if-then is an exploration of intentionality and the role it plays in human social and environmental interactions. Choices we make and the actions we perform have a level of intent behind them that could affect the outcome of situations. Whether intentional or not, your control over the end result may vary. By building an art-making machine that relies on intentional and non-intentional interactions my aim is to explore the relationship between the two and the outcomes that follow.
